AGING: Aged on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity. Light fining with bentonite is carried out to ensure protein stability. Cold stabilization and minimal filtration are applied. Bottled at the end of July.

VIEW: Bright, clear golden color.

BOUQUET: Intensely aromatic, with elegant floral notes, white flowers, and hints of exotic fruits, balanced by fresh almond nuances.

MOUTH: Rich and generous, with fresh lime notes followed by a supple yet structured palate. The wine shows a subtle balance between freshness and spice, finishing with light acidity that brings harmony and generosity.

FOOD PAIRING: Pairs well with fish and seafood, as well as stews or confit-style dishes. Also complements dishes with exotic flavors such as mango or ginger.
