Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days are processed and shipped the same day. • Mainland Spain: 24–48 working hours • Balearic Islands: 3–5 working days • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: check availability

2. Shipping costs
• Orders ≥ €69.95: free shipping • Orders < €69.95: €4.95 • Express service (guaranteed 24 h): €9.95 All prices include VAT.
3. Carrier
We work with MRW as our main carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
4. Packaging
All orders are packed in special wine boxes with individual foam separators. For orders of more than 6 bottles, we use reinforced double boxes.
6. Transport incidents
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
