VIEW: Pale straw yellow color, clear and bright.

BOUQUET: Dried yellow apple with a touch of beeswax, minor lightly dried herbal notes of sage and thyme, and the slightest of floral notes.

MOUTH: Very light fruit on the palate, and the wine is generally delicate overall.

FOOD PAIRING: Poultry, seafood, aged cheese, and white fish.
