AGING: Fermented in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control. Bottle-aged to achieve complexity and balance. 

VIEW: Pale golden color, clean and transparent.

BOUQUET: Evokes the characteristic aromas of the Priorat undergrowth — thyme, fennel, bay leaf — combined with notes of baked apples, tropical fruits, aromatic herbs, and linden blossom.

MOUTH: Warm on the palate, with balanced acidity and good persistence. The aftertaste is subtly smoky and long-lasting.

PRODUCTION: Handcrafted production of only 600 bottles per vintage — a truly unique white wine from a region where 95% of the vineyards are dedicated to red varieties.
