AGING: Aged for 12 months in large oak foudres and 400L barrels, allowing the wine to develop depth, structure, and refined tannins while preserving freshness and terroir expression. This Gigondas has excellent aging potential and can evolve beautifully for 8–10 years or more under proper cellar conditions.

BOUQUET: Complex and expressive nose with aromas of ripe black fruits, black cherry, blueberry jam, cocoa, cedar, thyme, garrigue herbs, and delicate smoky and truffle nuances.
