AGING: Aged for 12 months in concrete tanks, allowing the wine to preserve its purity of fruit while developing softness, balance, and fine tannins.

VIEW: Deep red color with purple highlights, intense and vibrant in the glass.

BOUQUET: Fresh aromas of red and black berries, complemented by notes of spices, pepper, sandalwood, and Provençal herbs (garrigue).

MOUTH: Medium to full-bodied, pure and balanced on the palate, with soft and silky tannins. Flavors of ripe red and black fruits are supported by spice notes and a beautiful roundness, leading to a long and elegant finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Excellent with veal piccata and fresh pasta, beef tataki, penne rigate with tomato, basil and eggplant, grilled meats, and Mediterranean cuisine.
