AGING: Fermented and aged in oak barrels (20% new) for at least 12 months. Batonnage was carried out 2 to 3 times during aging to enhance body and complexity.

VIEW: Bright golden color with intense highlights, reflecting its maturity and careful oak aging.

BOUQUET: Rich and expressive aromas of ripe white fruits, subtle buttery notes, and fine lees. The oak is delicately integrated, allowing the fruit and the clay-limestone terroir to shine through.

MOUTH: Broad and textured on the palate, with a fine balance between richness and freshness. Silky mouthfeel, structured yet elegant, with a long and persistent finish. A wine of finesse and depth.

FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with noble fish, roasted poultry with sauce, grilled shellfish, or creamy dishes. Also pairs beautifully with washed-rind or aged cheeses.
