AGING: Aged on fine lees until spring. Vinification takes place mainly in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with 20% vinified in oak, of which less than 10% is new oak.

VIEW: Bright golden colour.

BOUQUET: Generous and expressive, dominated by aromas of ripe, gently cooked Mirabelle plum.

MOUTH: Rich, broad and generous, with luscious fruit and a subtle fine sparkle that brings freshness and makes the wine particularly easy and enjoyable to drink.

FOOD PAIRING: Perfect as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled or baked fish, shellfish, creamy dishes, poultry, veal, and soft cheeses.
