Ageing: Refined using the Tennessee bourbon method, leaving the vermouth to rest in new, extra-toasted 200-litre American oak barrels.
Appearance: Dark vermouth with reddish highlights.
Aroma: Intense with caramelized, smoky and iodized notes.
Palate: Notes of liquorice, cinnamon, candied pear, smoky and toasted notes, very complex and pleasant on the palate. Long finish with smoky notes on a background of caramelized fruit.
Food pairing: To enjoy on its own with ice or in cocktails.
