AGING: Dos Déus Vermouth is produced using the traditional solera system in selected Sherry casks, with 60% aged for 3 years and 40% for a minimum of 1 year.

VIEW: Medium-bodied vermouth with a deep, rich appearance.

BOUQUET: Elegant and complex vegetal notes on the nose, combined with classic herbal vermouth aromas, along with oxidative notes and hints of Pedro Ximénez.

MOUTH: Smooth and pleasant entry, with a balance of bitter and sweet notes influenced by the Sherry casks. Layers of spices, herbs, and floral nuances unfold over a fortified wine background. Medium finish with Sherry notes, a touch of bitterness, and balsamic liquorice hints.

FOOD PAIRING: Enjoy on its own over ice with a slice of grapefruit, or mixed with ginger beer or ginger ale in equal parts.
