Ageing: Txakoli “Kiriki” is made from the best Hondarrabi Zuri and Petit Manseng grapes, cold-macerated and aged four months on the lees, allowing it to evolve and reveal its true qualities over time.

Appearance: Pale straw color with bright reflections.

Aroma: “Kiriki” is a bold rooster that trusts its own attributes and needs no adornments beyond those given by Nature. Aging on the lees reduces astringency while adding aromatic intensity. Notes of white fruit, citrus, and aromatic herbs can be perceived.

Palate: The lees aging provides structure, smoothness, and balance between the freshness of the varietal and the volume and ripeness of the wine. The lively acidity adds freshness, making it 100% Txakoli in its purest form.

Food pairing: It is especially recommended to accompany fish, seafood, and white meats. It is also an excellent alternative to enjoy on its own as an aperitif.
