VIEW: Bright, clean pale yellow color with subtle greenish reflections. Youthful and lively appearance in the glass.

BOUQUET: Expressive nose with intense aromas of white fruits such as peach and apple, complemented by floral nuances. Notes from Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu varieties add complexity and elegance.

MOUTH: Fresh and well-balanced with a vibrant citrus touch of ripe fruit. A slight natural effervescence gives it a cheerful and youthful profile. Smooth and light on the palate with a clean, delicate finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Best enjoyed with seafood, fish, and white meats. Its acidity and freshness also make it a superb choice as a standalone aperitif. Serve chilled between 5–7 °C and keep cool in an ice bucket during tasting.
