AGING: Fermentation is controlled in stainless steel, with aging in French oak barrels from the final third of alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 4 months, followed by an additional 18 months in stainless steel tanks.

VIEW: Intense straw yellow, very bright and with ocher reflections.

BOUQUET: Aromas of ripe pear, loquat, and fig. The background is deep, with hints of white chocolate, gunpowder, and fine herbs like oregano and thyme.

MOUTH:The entry is subtle, leading to a pronounced tension. The wine has a vibrant character, with salinity dominating the palate. The finish is harmoniously persistent.
