Ageing: The wine from this selection is aged on its fine lees for a minimum of 2 years before bottling.

Appearance: Opaque yellow color with golden reflections.

Aroma: Expresses yellow fruit, candied mango, quince and tangerine on a slightly herbal background reminiscent of fennel, chamomile and green tea with subtle notes of beeswax and leather.

Palate: Acidity dominates from the start and gives way to a savory unctuousness. The tension is prolonged and precedes a pleasant salinity that accompanies its long finish.
