AGW/D'MATEO AGW MASSIMO SELECCIÓN BARRICA 2021 — D.O. Ribeira Sacra

Ageing: The grapes are hand-harvested on terraces with a centuries-old history. After a 72-hour pre-maceration, fermentation takes place at a strictly controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with daily stirring. The wine is then aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Appearance: Cherry-red wine with a violet hue.

Aroma: Elegant, medium-intensity aroma with notes of red fruits, licorice, and toasted bread.

Palate: Soft, silky, very well-balanced wine with a long, warm finish.

Food pairing: Pairs perfectly with various meat dishes, pasta, and rice.
