AGING: Vineyards over 40 years old, characterised by very sandy soils with some gravel. Hand-harvested in plastic crates, with sorting at the winery, followed by cold maceration on its own lees for two months. Vinification takes place with temperature control in 10-hectolitre stainless steel tanks.

VIEW: This wine appears clean and bright, with a yellow hue showing greenish highlights.

BOUQUET: On the nose, it is medium in intensity and complex, revealing herbaceous, aniseed, and floral notes.

MOUTH: On the palate, it offers a silky texture, well balanced with a pleasant acidity. Its passage is broad, leading to a smooth finish with a subtle hint of bitterness. 

FOOD PAIRING: A perfect pairing with salads, fish, rice dishes, pasta, and white meats.
