Ageing: Night harvest, cold maceration on its own lees for two months, followed by maturation for two months in new lightly toasted French oak barrels.

Appearance: Clean and bright, yellow color with greenish hues.

Aroma: Medium and complex aromatic intensity with herbaceous, aniseed, and toasted notes.

Palate: Wide and silky, balanced, with pleasant acidity. The palate is broad and silky with a long and structured aftertaste, leaving a slight bitterness characteristic of the Verdejo variety.

Food pairing: Perfect combination with salads, fish, rice dishes, pasta dishes, and white meats.
