AGING: Produced from estate-grown grapes harvested manually from the winery’s own vineyards. This distinctive wine is crafted from a red grape variety, where early harvesting and rapid pressing allow the extraction of a clear white must. Fermentation takes place slowly over 25 days at a controlled temperature of 11°C to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.

BOUQUET: Expressive tropical aromas of mango and passion fruit lead the nose, followed by intense notes of fresh white fruit that enhance its vibrant aromatic profile.

MOUTH: Fresh and lively on the palate, with pronounced yet balanced acidity. Fruity flavors dominate the mid-palate, finishing with a delicate, lightly spiced aftertaste that adds complexity and persistence.
