AGING: Aged for 9 months in 500-liter French oak barrels (demi-muids), following a 21-day maceration with daily pump-overs and gentle bâtonnage. Light filtration before bottling.

VIEW: Intense ruby-red with purple hues. Brilliant and clean in the glass, showing deep concentration, a sign of maturity and richness. A dense, slow-forming tear suggests high glycerol content and structure.

BOUQUET: Elegant and complex nose with dominant red fruit aromas (raspberries, cherries), complemented by dark berries and hints of Provençal herbs. Notes of licorice, clove, and subtle oak appear thanks to the aging in demi-muids, along with a touch of minerality and earthiness from the stony terroir.

MOUTH: Full-bodied and well-balanced with silky tannins and lively freshness. The palate mirrors the nose with ripe red and black fruit flavors, spices, and soft oak undertones. The finish is long, harmonious, and persistent, revealing great aging potential.
