BOUQUET:  High aromatic intensity with notes of stewed fruit. Very complex on the nose, with aniseed and lactic aromas. Surprising how new aromas appear with oxygenation.

MOUTH: Soft and silky on entry. Stewed pears and anise infusion are constantly present. Pleasant evolution showing balsamic nuances as well as smoky notes. Good structure and balance. It invites you to drink. Pleasant finish with medium persistence.

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal to pair with white meats in sauce, Iberian ham, pâtés, or grilled fish.
