AGING: Aging in 1,000 liter amphorae for about 7 months.

VIEW: It shows a deep red hue with vibrant reflections.

BOUQUET: Aromas of black fruit with subtle mineral notes.

MOUTH: Fresh and honest on the palate, with a pronounced presence of ripe fruit. Long, rounded and silky finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Perfect to enjoy by the glass with friends (or alone—always better than in bad company, and with some music if possible). Also pairs well with white meats and cured sausages.
