AGING: Aging in 225 liter French oak barrels for about 12 months.

BOUQUET: Ripe red fruit, liqueur-like notes, balsamic hints, and earthy aromas reminiscent of damp soil and underbrush.

MOUTH: Good entry with soft astringency, flavorful, with bright acidity and toasted notes.

FOOD PAIRING: Perfect to enjoy by the glass with friends (or alone—always better than in bad company, and with some music if possible). Also pairs well with white meats and cured sausages.
