Ageing: Aged on its lees for four months with light filtration.

Appearance: Intense ruby red color with high depth.

Aroma: On the nose, aromas of black fruit over a background of spices, Mediterranean forest notes, and subtle caramel nuances.

Palate: Balsamic, smooth, and velvety on the palate. Flavors of red fruit and honey return, marked by balance, persistence, and a long aftertaste. A subtle wine, easy to drink and free of edges.
