BOUQUET: Primary aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as blackberries, cherries, and plums, accompanied by spicy and cocoa notes from the oak barrels, with a subtle balsamic touch of licorice.

MOUTH: Ripe fruit combined with spicy and toasted notes from the barrel. Round, balanced, and well-structured, with a long and persistent finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Recommended for all types of meats and roasts, especially grilled meats and stews. Also excellent with aged cheeses.
