MOUTH: Pleasant and full-bodied on the entry. Well-balanced, with fine and elegant tannins. Fruity notes at the beginning give way to toasted and balsamic nuances. Long-lasting finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Recommended for all types of meats and roasts, especially grilled meats and stews. Also excellent with aged cheeses.
