VIEW: Deep cherry-red color, clean and bright, with high color intensity and dense, slow-moving legs.

BOUQUET: High aromatic intensity with strong fruit expression. Dominant primary aromas of plum and dark fruit gradually give way to more complex aging notes of cocoa, licorice, and dried fruits.

MOUTH: Smooth and enveloping entry, with well-integrated acidity and tannins that bring freshness without losing softness. A long and persistent wine, marked by ripe fruit and elegant spicy notes from the oak aging, with a subtle mineral touch on the finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Recommended for all types of meats and roasts, especially grilled meats and stews. Also excellent with aged cheeses.
