VIEW: Deep ruby color.
BOUQUET: Aromas of red and black fruits (cherries, blackberries) with spicy and smoky notes.
MOUTH: Intense flavors of very clean and pure black fruit, silky tannins. Very mineral and long finish. Very good balance between intensity and finesse.
FOOD PAIRING: Meat dishes - roasted, stewed - typical of Mediterranean cuisine, accompanied by tomato and pepper sauce, or cooked with traditional herbs and spices.
