DELGADO ZULETA PEDRO XIMÉNEZ — Jerez-Xérès-Sherry

Ageing: Produced through oxidative aging, this naturally sweet wine is made from partially fermented musts of sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes. Aged for 2-3 years using the traditional solera and criaderas system in American oak casks.

Appearance: Deep dark mahogany color, dense and unctuous.

Aroma: Intense aromas of fresh raisins with hints of sun-dried fruits.

Palate: Rich, luscious, and flavorful, with an excellent balance of acidity and sweetness that enhances its freshness and harmony, giving it great volume and persistence.
