AGING: After 3 hours of maceration in a carbon dioxide atmosphere, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14-16°C in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in the same tanks for 3 months.

VIEW: The wine has a light straw color.

BOUQUET: It presents aromas of white flowers, ripe yellow fruits, and subtle notes of sage.

MOUTH: It achieves a perfect balance between acidity and mineral background, with a pleasant refreshing aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING: An excellent aperitif and a superb accompaniment to appetizers and light fish or white meat dishes.
