AGING: The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 12 days. Aging for four months in French and American oak barrels.

VIEW: Ruby.
BOUQUET: This wine has a deep violet color with good concentration on the nose. Rich in aroma, with notes of ripe black fruits well combined with floral notes.
MOUTH: In the mouth it is very fruity and with good structure, revealing an excellent balance between tannins and acidity. Aftertaste with long and elegant finish.

FOOD PAIRING: It goes well with red meat dishes such as veal, grilled sirloin steak or lamb. It also goes well with a lasagna with lots of cheese
