AGING: The grapes are harvested by hand and, after light pressing, sent for fermentation at a reduced temperature. The wine is aged for several months on fine yeast lees in stainless steel tanks.

VIEW: The wine is light yellow in colour with a greenish cast.

BOUQUET: Fruity aroma of medium intensity.

MOUTH: The flavour is voluminous, oily, with notes of fruit and dried apricot.

FOOD PAIRING: Excellent accompaniment for fish dishes, white meat dishes and soft cheeses.
