Ageing: The defining feature of this limited edition coffee liqueur is its slow cold maceration, lasting over 7 months. Made from a single coffee variety, naturally roasted in Guatemala's Huehuetenango region, the coffee is roasted on the same day maceration begins to preserve its sensory qualities. Spices and citrus peels are added, and the mixture is stirred daily for optimal aroma and body extraction. After removing the ingredients, the liqueur is sweetened with caramel and left to rest for several months before filtration and bottling.

Appearance: It has an intense dark chestnut color.

Aroma: Elegant aroma of naturally roasted coffee with subtle hints of toffee caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla.

Palate: It is smooth and rich on the palate, with dominant notes of coffee and citrus peel, leaving an elegant bitter finish.
