AGING: After the selected blend is made, the wine is aged for 24 months in a combination of medium-toast oak barrels and bottle.

VIEW: Deep, high-intensity garnet colour.

BOUQUET: Aromas of ripe red fruits, well integrated with fine, elegant toasted and roasted notes.

MOUTH: Full-bodied and broad on the palate, rich, voluminous and evolving, with great persistence and a strong personality. Balsamic notes from the oak are combined with a generous fruit expression.

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with game meats, red meats, poultry, sheep’s milk cheeses, legumes, and cured meats.
