APPEARANCE: Deep violet colour.
BOUQUET: Spicy nose, Mediterranean herbs, hay, figs, pepper with hints of black strawberry.
MOUTH: The wine is silky and elegant, spicy on the palate with a fresh finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Game dishes, roast suckling pig or roasted or aged, grilled fish.
