AGING: Fermented in barrel and aged on lees (4 months in American Oak barrel).

VIEW: Raspberry pink color with well-marked violet reflections, bright and lively.

BOUQUET: The aroma is intense and highly complex: a good blend of toasted and spicy notes from the barrel with the sweet and fruity character of Grenache.

MOUTH: On the palate, it is a powerful rosé, enveloping, with good structure, and a variety of fruity and toasted nuances. Despite its sweet appearance on the palate, it maintains adequate freshness with an acidity that provides perfect balance and predicts good aging potential in the bottle.
