Appearance: Straw-gold color with golden reflections, powerful tears with a slow descent.

Aroma: Aromas marked by notes of ripe white fruits (baked apple, apricot, peach) combined with aging memories such as toasted notes and nuts, tea leaf, carob, balsamic, brioche, mushroom, and toasted bread.

Palate: Wide and structured on the palate, refreshing acidity, creamy and enveloping sensation, background of lactic and balsamic (sweet pepper, menthol) notes, long aftertaste with floral and balsamic retronasal.
