PRODUCTION: 1.800 Bottles.

AGING: Aging in 500 liter Austrian oak casks for about 12 months.

VIEW: Yellow with greenish reflections.

BOUQUET: A complex nose, initially marked by citrus notes of mandarin peel, followed by fleshy fruit aromas such as yellow peach and lemon pear, along with raw almond. The profile is rounded out by balsamic hints (pine, juniper) and aniseed notes, giving it a distinctly Mediterranean character.

MOUTH: Intense and unctuous. Great fruit weight and excellent acidity, with a broad, structured palate. It shows a rich, liqueur-like texture, with flavours of white stone fruits intertwined with aniseed and underbrush notes.
