BOUQUET: Clear and direct on the nose with aromas of fine pastries, croissant, butter, toasted notes, candied stone fruit, and citrus, with medium intensity.

MOUTH: Sweet entry with medium acidity, well-integrated alcohol, creamy and integrated bubbles, medium body, flavors of bakery sweets, citrus, and candied stone fruit, with a smoky and slightly bitter finish, and a medium aftertaste. 

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal for pairing with a variety of dishes throughout a meal, though best avoided with very sweet desserts.
