AGING: The different grape varieties are fermented separately, and after the assemblage, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months, followed by an additional 6 months of bottle aging.

VIEW: Ruby red, garnet reflections on aging.

BOUQUET:  Intense with hints of violets, berries, and cherries.

MOUTH: Velvety, well-rounded, full bodied and well balanced.

FOOD PAIRING: An excellent accompaniment to game dishes, grilled meats, and grilled vegetables.
