AGING: 12 months in French oak barrels.

VIEW: Cherry red color with some violet hues.

BOUQUET: Very broad and complex, combining ripe fruit and some red fruit with toasted aromas from the barrels and spicy notes typical of French oak barrels.

MOUTH: Broad and silky on the palate with a touch of acidity. It has excellent persistence where aromatic and gustatory balance combine with a long and sweet finish. 

FOOD PAIRING: Its long and sweet finish makes it perfect for pairing with grilled meats, roast lamb, and even well-aged cheeses.
