Ageing: 5 months in French oak barrels.

Appearance: Purple-violet color.

Aroma: Aromas of red and wild fruits combined with sweet and spicy tones along with toasted notes.

Palate: Broad and fresh on the palate, with a perfect balance between fruit and wood, allowing us to enjoy the varietal intensity of Tinta de Toro with genuine aromas from the French oak barrels. It has a very sweet final aftertaste.

Food pairing: It pairs perfectly with red meats and cured sausages. Also with pasta dishes and even white fish.
