Limited edition created to commemorate 100 years of history of the Les Garrigues cooperative. Nit is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with D.O.P. obtained from early ripening olives, which are harvested in the early morning when the freshness of the new day is between 7 and 10°C, thus preserving the rich aromatic profile provided by these olives and achieving unique, powerful, and harmonious sensations on the palate.

VIEW: Medium-intense powerful fruity green Extra Virgin Olive Oil, balanced and complex on the nose.

BOUQUET: Secondary aromas with clear notes of freshly cut grass and sensations of artichoke, tomato plant, fennel, green banana, and hints of walnuts and almonds on the palate.

MOUTH: Balanced spiciness, sweetness, and bitterness.
