ABADAL PICAPOLL 2023 — Pla de Bages

Ageing: Fermentation and aging on lees for 3 months, which give the wine volume and complexity.

Appearance: Pale yellow in color with a greenish cast

Aroma: Singular, elegant, and seductive, it combines citrus notes, white fruit (pineapple and apricot), and floral notes from the forest environment (fennel, lavender, and mint).

Palate: Very fresh and light wine with an excellent combination of fruity and floral notes, pleasant acidity and long refreshing aftertaste.

Food pairing: Tagliatelle with mushroom sauce, sashimi, salt-crusted sea bream, or tarte Tatin.
