VIEW: Straw yellow colour with golden rim, clean and bright with a long and tight tear.
BOUQUET: Medium/high intensity with aromas reminiscent of white fruit (pear and baked apple) and tropical (pineapple) on an enveloping background reminiscent of brioche (pastries).
MOUTH: The attack is elegant, fine and silky. With a fresh acidity, good body and a full, warm and appetising on the palate. And a long and persistent aftertaste reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits and a ripe tropical fruit and a subtly toasted background.

AGEING: 6 months in oak barrels.

FOOD PAIRING: Grilled or grilled white and blue fish, rice and pasta dishes accompanied by white meats or fish and soft semi-soft cheeses.
