VILLA VITAS SAUVIGNON BLANC 2023 — D.O.C. Friuli

Appearance: Wine of straw color.

Aroma: Intense, elegant, complex, with sensations ranging from white-fleshed fruit and citrus to the typical vegetal notes of bell pepper and tomato leaf.

Palate: The palate is enveloping, echoing the characteristics perceived on the nose.

Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif and with appetizers, it is a wine for "noble" fish and salted fish, creams, white meats, and delicate cheeses.
