Appearance: Pale yellow, bright, greenish.

Aroma: Lovely fruity aromas with hints of stone fruit (peach). Ripe banana and pear, opening towards balsamic, more varietal notes such as fennel, menthol and cut grass, jasmine. Fresh and powerful.

Palate: Remarkably fresh, with the presence of carbonic and citric acidity, a refreshing, structured, powerful and long aftertaste with plant notes.
