AGING: The wine is aged for 8 months in used 500L French oak barrels with regular bâtonnage.

VIEW: Pale straw yellow colour.

BOUQUET: Aromas of white fruit and stone fruit, combined with delicate floral notes.

MOUTH: Unctuous and broad on the palate, with a rich and flavourful profile. It finishes with a slight bitterness characteristic of the variety, making it highly gastronomic.

FOOD PAIRING: Pairs very well with white meats, fish, Iberian cured meats, and pasta dishes.
