Ageing: Aged for over 10 years using the solera and criaderas system in American oak barrels.

Palate: On the palate, it is dry, fresh, smooth, creamy, highly persistent, flavorful, with hints of the sea, reminiscences of olives, dairy notes, and toasted nuts.
