Ageing: The botanical components (juniper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, peppermint, lemon zest, bitter orange zest, lavender, thyme, red grapefruit) are soaked in a mixture of grain alcohol and purified water for 30 days. Distillation is done in copper stills, where the middle fraction is separated, and a 40% alcohol solution is prepared. The gin is filtered and left in stainless steel tanks for at least 15 days before bottling.

Appearance: Clean and crystal-clear gin.

Aroma: Citrus fruits, herbs, spices, and juniper emerge on the palate, creating a refreshing taste.

Palate: The flavor is long-lasting and pleasant with lingering notes of citrus, herbs, and spices.

Food pairing: An essential ingredient for many popular cocktails. Best served chilled at 14-15°C or with ice cubes.
