AGING: The grape varieties are harvested and vinified separately. After gentle direct pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in tanks, followed by aging on fine lees until February.

VIEW: Pale, delicate pink with bright reflections.

BOUQUET: Fresh and expressive, with aromas of red berries and peach, complemented by delicate mineral notes.

MOUTH: Light, crisp and refreshing, with juicy red fruit, fresh citrus notes and a lively mineral character. The finish is elegant, fresh and clean.
